2027 Friends of Kings Park Calendar Photo Submissions

Attention photographers

Do you have some amazing photographs we could use for our next wildflower calendar? If yes, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for professional quality, high-resolution close-ups of WA native wildflowers.

The brief:

  • Must be of WA native plants
  • Doesn’t have to be taken in Kings Park
  • Must be identifiable by BGPA botanists
  • Landscape format
  • Preference is for close up of wildflowers, but would also consider great photos of foliage or pollinators
  • Would not consider landscapes, infrastructure, people, events (any images where the plant is not significant)
  • Technically proficient and suitable for print publishing
  • No visible photoshopping or special effects – keep it natural

The preferred way for us to receive your images is for you to complete the form below and upload a selection of high-res versions, but if you are unable to do this please send an email to events@friendsofkingspark.com.au or drop off a USB.

Submissions close Friday 15 May 2026.
