Prostrate, mound-like shrub. Grows 0.1-0.2 m h x 0.5-1 m w. Spinescent branches. Mid-green hairy foliage. Globular gold flowers to 5 cm from Aug-Oct. Grows in part to full sun in light to heavy well-drained soils.
